About Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay Weber, LCSW.

I work with high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, chronic illness, and the pressure to keep performing even when their bodies won’t cooperate. My job is to listen, challenge, and support you so you can make meaningful change and live fully — without guilt or shame.

I combine my professional experience — from private practice and hospitals like Stanford Children’s Hospital and Cohen Children’s Medical Center — with my personal experience living with an autoimmune disorder. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be to push through flares, mask exhaustion, and doubt whether you’re “sick enough” to rest. That understanding informs everything I do in therapy.

I specialize in supporting clients who feel caught between a body that won’t cooperate and a life that expects them to keep performing. Many of the adults I work with have learned to survive by over-functioning, ignoring their limits, and constantly negotiating with their bodies. I see you, I understand, and I help you navigate these patterns.

Therapy with me is a partnership. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring them to your needs. I’m trauma-informed and focus on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and practical strategies for living fully while honoring your limits.

I hold a Bachelor’s from Fairfield University and a Master’s from Columbia University, and I use my education, training, and personal experience to help clients create a life where their health, goals, and well-being can coexist.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living in a way that honors both your body and your goals, I’d be honored to work with you.
